Open an issue on GitHub, or email us. Say what you did, what you expected, and which Windows version you have.
Lost your licence key?
It's in the receipt email from Dodo Payments that arrived when you bought Santra; searching your inbox for “Santra” usually finds it. If you can't find it, email us from the address you bought with.
Moving to a new PC
On the old PC, open Santra's Settings → Licence → Move to another PC. If the old PC is gone, email us and we'll free its slot.
Refunds
You can have your money back within 14 days of buying. See the refund policy.
